Timepay Services

This program is designed to provide a cost-effective alternative to managing your A/R portfolio. Much lower rates can be offered because they are based upon the age of accounts when placed and are contingent upon collection.

Pre-Assignment Services

Custom designed letter service requesting debtors to pay you directly as an alternative to being placed for collection. With your approval, the accounts can automatically be converted into regular collections without re-entry.

Regular Collection Services

North Valley Collection Bureau (NVCB) concept is to offer low rates to encourage early account placement. This is possible through a flexible, high-tech environment along with an experienced, well trained staff.

1. Listing Options
NVCB can receive accounts online, digital media or manual entry from invoices. Acknowledgment reports are sent confirming the details of accounts referred.

2. Skip Tracing
Our system searches the National Change of Address (NCOA) database for the most current address and phone number for each debtor. This saves time and money—allowing us to pass savings on to you. This procedure significantly reduces the number of mail returns and creates more productive contact results on your accounts.

3. Professional Collection Efforts
Every account is assigned to a qualified collection counselor. Using methods such as direct phone contact at home and at work, powerful collection letter series, and extensive skiptracing our counselors work diligently to recover your hard earned money.

4. Legal Options
If legal action becomes necessary, all costs and fees associated are advanced by NVCB.

5. Remittance
Monies due you from payments collected can be disbursed at your discretion either weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly. Every check is accompanied by an easy to understand trust statement detailing each transaction for that period.

6. Credit Bureau Reporting
A powerful credit bureau module allows us to report to all major consumer credit agencies.
